About Me
Kealy Whittaker (She/Her)
Hi, I'm Kealy, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers. As a millennial therapist I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with a compassionate, modern approach. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, disordered eating, self-esteem issues, body image concerns, and more. As someone who understands the complexities of being a millennial in today’s fast-paced, often overwhelming, and image-focused world, I’m committed to offering a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without judgment.
In our work together, I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices, to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and create lasting positive change. My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative—because I believe therapy is most effective when you feel understood and supported throughout the process. You are the expert in your life!

I recognize the importance of diversity and cultural identity and I will work to understand your beliefs, values, and traditions and how to implement them into your plan. I work at being anti-racist, non heteronormative, and affirming.
I’m here to help you navigate the pressures of modern life, reclaim your sense of self, and cultivate emotional well-being in a world that often feels chaotic. Whether you’re struggling with stress, personal growth, or simply want someone to talk to, I’d love to work with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Let’s work together to rediscover, or redefine, your inner sparkle!
