Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service.

Any outstanding balance on your account can lead to future sessions being cancelled.

 

Private practice therapy services are not covered under New Brunswick Medicare. Payments can be made by e-transfer to info@kealywhittaker.com or by credit card. E-transfers must be received prior to the scheduled session, otherwise the credit card on file will be charged.

 

Receipts will be provided for insurance and tax purposes when payment has been received. It is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance company to confirm coverage for social work services. This includes the amount of coverage, when insurance coverage renews, and the percentage of co-pay payable by the client, if applicable. Blue Cross is direct billed for most plans. Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the client.

 

Payment is required for reports and documents for clients and any third-party requesting information. This will be billed per hour.
