Improve Your Relationship with Food before the Holidays

The summer of 2023 is starting to wrap up which means the holiday season is quickly approaching. It's not uncommon for this change in season to elicit thoughts about one's relationship with food. For many, the next few months are spent getting back into a routine, re-starting their diet, and trying to gain control of their food choices so they feel better prepared when the holidays roll around.

Have you ever caught yourself wondering how those around you can seemingly enjoy their food without restricting themselves? Or maybe you've imagined what it would feel like to attend an event where food was present instead of staying home because you worried you would overeat? You're not alone in your thoughts. It can be quite discouraging to find yourself in these constant thoughts about food. It doesn't have to be like this. In fact, it's possible to go into this holiday season feeling better about your relationship with food.

I'm announcing an exciting opportunity for individuals to receive 1-on-1 counselling sessions to help improve their relationship with food before the holidays.

Every client will have a unique plan geared toward their individual goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach because everyone's relationship with food is different. No goal is too big or too small to work towards!

This holiday season doesn't have to be like the rest. Reach out today to book an initial consultation to discuss your goals and let's work on it together!
